Well, I’ve already heard bits and pieces of the Wii picking up momentum among the Flash development community, but it’s been accelerating much faster than I had envisioned.

There’s now an site dedicated to flash games optimized for the wiimote here:

There’s also a team working on an application called WiiFlash Server, which provides a medium between flash applications running off your PC and the wiimote itself, which can be viewed here:
http://www.wiiflash.org/

With the addition of the new Apollo, I can foresee some very advanced applications with entertainment PCs for users who wish to use hook one up to their HD TVs and control it via their wiimotes.
